Common questions

How do I delete my account? Open Roamsnap → Settings → Delete account. This removes your profile, posts, stories and media, and frees your username.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are billed by Apple. On your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Roamsnap.
How do I report content or a user? Tap the ••• menu on any post or profile and choose Report.
Location or camera not working? Check iOS Settings → Roamsnap and make sure Camera and Location access are enabled.
